Silence is not golden

As we move around the timber industry we have amazing conversations with people who are achieving great things. We then see the press and read that teachers are guiding their students away from the sector as it is perceived to be of lesser value than other sectors.
Yet there are plenty of pockets of excellence to show what is being done and can be done. But the industry is not telling anyone. To me this is the real issue. Appreciate your feedback
