Rapid Regeneration at Comboyne, NSW

The following photograph shows the first commercial thinning, post 1994, at the Comboyne State Forest. The 15year old blackbutts yielded 100 cu. metres/hectare of thinnings . The area is now roaded and set-up for future high volume sawlog and pole harvesting
